Update 8/31/20 IF YOU DIDN’T RECEIVE YOUR WIRED AKG headphones, it’s because Samsung decided not to add it to the box for US customers.
Call Samsung USA at (800) 726-7864 to request yours for free, it’s a bit of a hassle, but they sent mine at the end. You haven’t been scammed if you don’t find the wired headphones in the box!
Original review: I say it’s the best, with a grain of salt, read the cons to know why!
To start off, Samsung did an amazing job with this phone, so much that they rendered the fairly new, still very expensive, S20 Ultra, almost obsolete!
But I’m not gonna review both units here, so for those of you looking for quick pros & cons, here you go.
Pros:
– AMAZING display, I had so many high end phones, including the IPhone 11 pro max and Google Pixel 4XL & even the note 10, but this screen here bests all of them. The high refresh rate, the beautiful colors, and the better ratio (it’s a little wider than the S20 ultra for example), all this makes for an outstanding screen.
– Great main camera. The pictures are just perfect in almost all light conditions. I dunno how much better is the 108 MP mode, it bothered me a little that cropping a 108 MP picture didn’t yield the perfect result, but all in

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. Mine is perfect. When you load the phone for the first time it gives you the option to change from spanish to english. I loved how it could communicate with my own phone after I downloaded an app on my old phone to transfer everything from my old phone to the new one. I had even written down the apps I had figuring I would have to download them all again but I didn’t have to yay!!! Someone mentioned they didn’t get a manual. I did but I don’t need a manual. If you have had an android before you should be able to operate this without a manual. I was pleasantly surprised to get a hands free device with my new phone and my sim card went in the same way as my other phone so I had no issues there. All and all a great phone for the price. I also bought a hard case for it so I won’t break the screen on this one. Hopefully people will see my review. I really like this phone.

SMARTPHONE INTRO

I’ve been buying the latest and greatest smartphones since the early HTC days and have owned just about every significant Samsung smartphone release since then. Every year I will stray over to other manufacturers to see what the big and small players are up to. Most, but not all of the time, I find myself right back to my Samsung phone as the daily driver. Which is usually a Note. Now that Samsung has released another Note series for an increasingly high price, let’s see how it does. In particular against my Note 9 that it’s replacing.

PROS:
+ Excellent build quality
+ The high-resolution OLED display somehow looks even better than before
+ Superfast performance; zero lag
+ Much improved speakers that you can *feel*
+ The bezels continue to disappear; nearly all-screen
+ Core functions, such as phone calls, still work great
+ Lots of internal storage + expandable storage
+ Generous battery that truely lasts all-day
+ Fast wired and wireless charging for those very heavy phone usage days
+ The ever-useful stylus continues to evolve
+ 3 Camera Lenses for any scenario
